WTS-OPEN

Hi Pen Friends!

I am releasing 4 Pilot pens that I’ve hung on to but could not justify keeping. They’re all amazing writers and in good condition.

I will ship via USPS priority within two days. PayPal G&S only! Please comment before DMing. As always, all pen swap rules apply.

Pilot 743 FA

Condition B: I don’t see any scratches / wear marks but I have used this pen a few times

$300

I’ve used this pen several times and I enjoy it but don’t use it frequently enough. I don’t flex it much and just like its bounce. The line variation you see in the writing sample is about as far as I ever take it. I know it can do much more. Nib has nice feedback!

Will come in a pilot box.

Pilot 845 Vermillion Medium nib

Condition B: No visible / observable wear but I have used this pen a few times

$450

It was between this and the black and I got both. It turns out that a) I like an F nib, and b) I don’t like loud colors. Still, this is such a beautiful pen. Medium nib is smooth and consistent. Typical Pilot quality.

Will com in a pilot box.

Pilot 845 Black Fine nib

Condition B: I have used this pen quite a bit but have always kept it in pilot leather sleeve. No visible / observable wear.

$450

This is my favorite Pilot pen but I’ve moved to a more practical alternative for my daily. Probably the smoothest fine nib you’ll ever use.

Will come in a green Pilot pensemble leather sleeve ($80). Unfortunately I can’t find the box for this pen but as always, will ship in a secure case.

Pilot 70th Anniversary M nib

Condition D (neovintage): This pen is vintage and has one observable wear mark on the cap ring.

$600

This is a grail pen of mine and a piece of Pilot history: the precursor to the Pilot 845. This has the same dimensions but has a different clip. The two tone nib is also very beautiful! The M nib is a nice wet M (wetter than an 845 M).

It’s a neovintage pen (released 1988) so it has some wear: the cap ring has a wear spot (I tried to take a photo of it) and the felt on the ring inside the cap is no longer there. There’s no signs of posting (and please don’t post this pen) so the lack of felt doesn’t really impact its use.

This stays in my drawer because I don’t use it - it’s a one of a kind pen and I hope someone else can bring it the use it deserves.

Will come in a black Pilot pensemble leather sleeve ($80)
