Could we please have every decal for each shoulder ?

Nearly 2 years in and it still annoys me that some decals are locked for a shoulder it should not be on.

Example being the proper world eaters Icon being on the right shoulder instead of the left.

So could be please have every decal for every shoulder ? Thanks.
