What’s my next step?

I am 25F. I graduated about 3 years ago with a Bachelors of Science in Anthropology. I initially wanted to get a masters in Library Science before I learned that people spend up to 10+ years waiting for job placement in that field. I have had a lot of trouble finding a job in my area outside of logistics that does not require a super specialized degree. I worked as an RBT directly out of college, considering getting my masters to become a BCBA, but funding has been pulled from that industry and it makes me uneasy to go into debt for that job (graduated debt free). I am open to going back to school. I currently work as a loan officer as my 9-5, but it’s not really a 9-5 because it’s online and rates are bad, lol. I earn the majority of my income as a bartender. I am feeling pretty burnt out working multiple jobs to make ends meet since I graduated. I own a home, so if I go back to school, my program would need to be fully online so I can still work and pay my mortgage.
