Hey, I'm glad you're here. Let me be real with you.

I'm 40 years old. I have a full time job as a projectmanager for a commerical roofing company. On the side I building with AI... I applied for the Anthropic Ambassador program for the Tampa region, and I'm working on a couple apps for myself.

I'm not trying to quit my job tomorrow. I'm trying to find 3 to 5 people in the Tampa/Oldsmar area who are doing the same kind of thing - working, building, figuring it out - and see if we can share a space, split the rent, and use AI to start generating income together.

Start small. Get the rent paid first. Then build from there.

I'm thinking about that guy who built a $1.6 billion company by himself. Imagine what a few sharp people in the same house could do.
