Should I build vampires from scratch or should I buy the precon

I’ve built 6 commander decks since I got back into magic a few months ago and the one color that has been unrepresented in all my builds is white, so I want to do vampires.

Is it worth it to try to build the deck myself from scratch, or should I buy the Blood rites ixalan precon and upgrade it from there?

Cuz I’d prefer to keep the color identity in Orzhov, and I definitely don’t want to use Edgar.
