Dont buy it if you are not picking it up

I recently sold pants for 27 euros. This guy that i sold it too never sent me a message or responded to mine. Suddenly he returns the package, because he did not pick it up, but i was on vacation. So i could not pick it up. When i looked at if pants were still available to pick up, it said that it was, but when i arrived, the pants were already gone. I asked vinted support and they can't help me. Is there actually no way to get my money back? I CANNOT EVEN GIVE THIS GUY A BAD REVIEW
