GLP1 Stopped working after 15 months

hey everybody, I have started wegovy about 15vmonths ago and was doing well on the maximum dose. it stopped working so I started Mounjaro maximum dose and it has no appetite suppression effect whatsoever. I haven't lost any weight in the past 3 months after I got down from BMI 29 to BMI 20. now I wanna reach BMI 18 but nothing seems to work. any suggestions?
