bug on the elevator for Nocturne op55n1 mission

So after talking to hanako and walking back to the elevator and talking to johnny the moment i choose the "think that could work option" and the relic malfunction i am stuck at this without the transition to viktor :

anyone has encountered this bug before ? if yes how did they solve it ?
