24 weeks recommendations UK

24 weeks and based in London, starting to think about buying the big items and the level of choice is overwhelming I would love some recommendations all in one thread!

1. Car Seat

Two friends use the Avionaut Pixel Pro - they are happy with it, seems safe and lightweight

My cousin swears by how handy the Doona is but then seen some bad safety ratings for it. safety would be our number 1 priority.

2. Next to me cot

The snuzpod seems stylish and good but expensive and I saw somewhere on here you have to buy their specific sheets?

The Tutti Bambini might be a more cost effective option?

3. Pram

Aiming to get a second hand pram and give it a dry clean - the Nuna prams seem to be all over London, is that a good one to aim for?

We live in a second floor two bed flat, so space is at a bit of a premium and we want to be able to get out and about and on the tube easy.
