Help with Kickflip!

I barely started skating at 31, having trouble with a kickflip, I can’t figure out why, but when I try to flick it the board just seems to stick to my front foot. Sending it either flying or It still just stays on my front foot.

My Ollie’s are pretty solid now, and I’m having better luck with a heelflip… thanks!!
