Distant Horizon x Serene Seasons

I would like to use Distant Horizons in a private modpack I am making alongside Serene Seasons. With the mod Immersive Snow chunks will load up with snow in the winter even if I didn visit them yet.

Tho I don't have high hopes, is there a way to do the same with Distant Horizon chunks or a way to update them so that the chunks will load with the snow from the Winter season, and later without the snow in the Summer season?
