Electrician for EV charging and potentially panel replacement

So, I know this gets asked on here semi-regularly (like 4 posts in the last 6 months), but I wanted to give some specifics in case it makes a difference on recommendations.

I will need to replace my car at the end of the year ($7,000 minimum to pass inspection). I am weighing replacing the car, and want to consider an EV. The problem is that I live in Lancaster City, and while I am fortunate to have off-street parking, it’s at the back of the property.

I’m wondering if anyone has electrician recommendations who specialized (or at least knows their shit) when it comes to running power for an outdoor charger, and potentially a panel upgrade (as I don’t think our current panel would support an EV).

I may ultimately decide not to go that route and get a hybrid instead, but I’d love to at least know what it’ll cost me so I can make an informed decision.
