Tolerances for new extension

Having a new extension built and the starting foundation wall is out of square by 1.5% (on the diagonals), I’m concerned that if continued it would cause our linear floor to not be straight with the walls when coming from the existing kitchen area and that it is visibly wonky to the house.

What would you expect the tolerances to be? Currently the outer left corner is looking about 55mm out of place (4m from house)
