It finally happened, the cashier asked why I was shaking

She wasn't rude about it, actually seemed concerned. She asked if I was alright, and I asked what she meant. "You're like, shaking." Just said I had high anxiety and hadn't eaten in a day (anxiety true, having not eaten, not true) as I check out with my 2 redbulls and my morning doubleshot of Fireball.

I don't fault her, like I said she seemed sweet and this was at a gas station instead of a liquor store, so not as acquainted with our misfortune.

Still a bit embarrassing because this is the first time I've been called out by anyone but girlfriends or my mom.
