The longest you have waited for premium to kick in?

has anyone ever had an issue where premium takes literal days to process? I paid Friday morning and it still hasn't processed. I even tried paying woth 2 different methods 3 different times. Wtf is going on? I haven't been charged yet either but I have confirmation from neopets my account is premium now, but no premium. i know it says up to 24 hrs but its been 3 days. their premium portal shouldn't go down on holiday weekends. 🙄
