Mango just woke up from a 3 month nap a few days ago. He’s been glass surfing some, but what I’m really worried about is how he’ll beat his little face on the glass (not the best example in the video - he does it much more aggressively). I don’t want him to hurt himself. Any thoughts on why he’s doing this? He’s never been one to need out to poop. When he glass surfs, I try to get him out and put him in his window, but again… it’s the banging I’m concerned about.

He’s in a 4x2x3. Basking spot ranges from 106-114 with overlapping 90w halogen and UVB Arcadia 14% on the warm side with ambient temp around 88, and then about 80 on the cool side (ordered tiny exhaust fan to be here today to add to cool side). Substrate is playsand, organic topsoil, and excavator clay. Hides on both sides and multiple levels to choose from. Has a water dish that I normally keep water in but he’s always over there making a mess now and head banging so I haven’t filled it back up (he ignores it anyway).

Eats 5-10 Dubias 2-3 days a week and greens offered daily. He does pretty good with his greens, always has. I mist them with water and only dust the Dubias about 1x a month bc it has D3 (per my exotic vet).

Thank you to anyone who can offer some insight! 🤗
