Safeguard Form

Hey all and good morning. Do we still need a physical safeguard form or is the identification in the online portal accompanied with a picture of their ID sufficient? I also notice they don’t ask for the character affidavits anywhere. Trying to understand is they’re trying a gotcha where they still require these forms but don’t actually prompt you to submit.
