Where do you park your tax money?

Since I stopped paying Quellensteuer (which I still regret), I’ve basically started putting part of my paycheck into a separate account. Well, not really a separate account..Neon has these “spaces” you can use to organize your money for different things. It just helps me mentally to know that the money is reserved for taxes at the end of the year. They used to offer at least 0.1% interest on money kept there, but of course they stopped doing that.

Do you know of any options in Switzerland to park money and earn at least some interest? I was thinking about using a Trade Republic account, but the currency conversion wipes out any gains.

Recent events show that doing just VT and chill isn’t a viable short-term strategy either.
