I become intensely obsessed with a guy as soon as I start liking him

I have this problem where, whenever I start liking a guy, I get obsessed with him very easily. I begin stalking him, and at first it feels normal, but then it gets intense. I stalk him to the point where I try to find out everything about him it turns into a really intense and unhealthy obsession.If I hear him mention another girl in a positive way, I start stalking her too and become obsessed with her as well. I suddenly feel very jealous. Whenever I see a guy I like talking nicely about another girl, I can’t stop myself from comparing and overthinking. I’m really tired of being like this .is this normal or is it just me?
