How much Olumite can you buy and deliver to your factory?

It appears you can only have 1 market order per second for each recurring trade order. For the medium T2 ship, that's 50 barrels of olumite/second. Assuming the delivery time from the station to your factory is 390 seconds, you would need 390 shipping pads receiving barrels of olumite to keep up with the recurring trade order, correct?

Currently, I only have ~250 shipping pads at the factory receiving olumite barrels. Those shipping pads are not continuously getting deliveries currently and the storage at the space station is 0. Looking at the galactic market, I have a delivery of olumite barrels every 1 second. I have at least 100 medium T2 ships that allow recurring market orders that are currently not completing an order (~1,700 total that allow market orders). I have ~1,000 medium T2 ships dedicated to planetary shipping (I'm not sure how to tell how many are active). If there weren't sufficient ships to delivery to the factory, storage at the space station would increase, right?

What am I missing?
