Need to pick medication, limited options

Hello, i’m currently living in taiwan and i’m an adult for the record. When i was around 9 or 10 i miraculously got a diagnosis after dealing with unmedicated adhd, i was put on meds, im pretty sure it was concerta since the title kinda sounded like concentration, but after pandemic came i got off and got an eating disorder and became depressed for some reason im guessing meds but i cant be too sure, but the eating disorder was from the meds. I haven’t been medicated ever since and its ruining my life, i wanted to say academically but its getting in the way of everything, i won’t be vague about my situation, i’m freshly 18 living in a foreign country and i have no idea what im doing, i really need to get medications but taiwan does not allow a bunch of adhd meds unless i get outside but im too poor to go out of the country and get them, so my only options from what j looked up is ritalin, concerta, and strattera. Like i said before i have a bad history with concerta so i’d prefer not to use that one and every time i look up meds to get online my only options are the ones NOT allowed in the country. I was gonna do this ordeal last week but i forgot and i’d have to take time i dont have off from school so i’m trying to do my research to see what exactly works best and how much its gonna cost me. I’ll appreciate any examples of medications and side effects and what not, like i said im currently in school but this whole thing is affecting my entire life seriously and i need to do something about it.
