How to stop the plastic mat in the back sliding around

2025 Outback owner here. I frequently drive on winding mountain roads with a dog in the back. I've noticed that the plastic mat has pretty low friction, so I bet that sometimes he is sliding around on it which must not be the best feeling. Any tips for how to tie it down or make its bottom more grippy?
