Today I had a day off from work, so more than enough time to get my hands dirty literally.

I've had the 9 Platinum Mixable colors for a while now, but never got to actually mixing them. Today was the day!

The swatches were made on Midori paper in various ratio's and color mixes. The first picture is heavily saturated, the second is lightly swatched. The second swatch paper also shows the ratio of the swatches in the corresponding cells. When no ratio 1:1 or 2:1 is shown, this is the standard color ''unmixed''.

I wasn't expecting this many beautifull colors to be created by these inks. I think the darker leaf green mixtures in the most right column are my favorites. What would be your favorite mixture?

As all these colors are from Platinum and from the same series, I was expecting them all to have similar properties. However some were wetter than others, some show more sheen or shading. When mixing the colors I noticed that the Aurora Blue mixes all had a higher viscosity compared to the rest for some reason. Not that this bothered me in any way, but I tought this was a bit random.
