Dress recommendations for a memorial

Unfortunately, I am looking for dress recommendations for my mother in laws upcoming celebration of life. I don’t have the bandwidth to scroll through a ton of options, so I figured I’d ask for some help.

I’m looking for:

Long, blue or purple floral print (not green, she might haunt me from the beyond😬)

Short or 3/4 sleeve

Petite sizing would be great

Lighter fabric because it will be outside in CA

Bonus if it’s breastfeeding friendly, although I can figure that out if not
