Ubisoft Connect Connection Lost (Dolphin 028)

ive been trying to log in for the past 10 hours now and i cant get past this error and dolphin 028. ive tried the ipconfig /release and /renew and still doesnt work. ive also tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still didnt work. can anyone help?
