Zigbee motion sensors - recommendation?

Hi there!

I recently purchased a ThirdReality Zigbee motion sensor (https://www.amazon.ca/THIRDREALITY-Friendly-Required-SmartThings-Devices/dp/B08RRRWK6B) tied into zigbee2mqtt and I'm pretty disappointed in the time it takes for the sensor to register motion; it's just about a full second which isn't great when I'm using it to turn lights on in a dark room. I don't see any settings to tweak in Z2M so I'm considering other options.

Claude suggested either the Aqara P1 or the Sonoff SNZB-03P for battery operated Zigbee motion sensor alternatives. Anyone have any experience with either of these devices, specifically with respect to how long it takes them to detect motion?
