Tested some new coffee origins | Curious what you guys prefer
Hey everyone,
After the last post here, I got a lot of useful feedback (and honestly learned a lot from the discussions too).
Over the past few weeks, I’ve been testing and adding a few new coffee origins to our lineup:
- Some more fruit-forward / brighter profiles
- A couple of heavier, chocolatey options for espresso
- And a few experimental lots that are a bit different from the usual café-style coffee
Still dialing them in, but it got me thinking what kind of coffee do you guys actually prefer at home?
- Chocolatey, low acidity (classic café style)
- Fruity / citrusy (lighter roasts)
- Something funky / experimental
Also, if anyone’s tried different local roasters, what stood out to you the most?
Would love to hear honest opinions - helps a lot while deciding what to scale and what to keep small-batch.
