What would you do in this situation?

I (18M) have been talking to this girl (18F) for about 2 months now although we’ve never actually met in person. You see i chose to stay in school so i’m busy weekdays till around 4-5pm with a part time job like once or twice a week. While she’s out of school working full time job atleast 5-6 times a week with long afternoon shift making her unavailable entirely those days. So any time i’ve suggested we meet she’s always too busy or too tired to do so. She tend to stay up really late and generally has a bad sleep schedule so i understand. She’s a really nice girl and she has a lot of similar interests as me but the conversations are also dying out because due to work she has so little time to herself and work is same old same old. Is it a lost cause or is there a way to work around this?
