How to make it more magical?

I’m taking my best friend on her FIRST ever Disney trip for her birthday and I want to make it as magical as possible

We have 2-day park hopper tickets. I’ve been a few times so I feel confident navigating rides, Genie+, wait times, etc.

So far I have:

•	A surprise character breakfast at the Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort the day we land 

•     A reservation at Roundup Rodeo BBQ (she specifically asked for this!)

•	Brunch on our last day at Wine Bar George 

I want to go beyond just rides and make her birthday feel REALLY special and magical.

What are some underrated things, small touches, or “only Disney people know this” tips that I can add to the trip? I’m thinking surprises, cast member interactions, little moments, etc.

Open to anything — free, paid, planning hacks, emotional moments, all of it.

I really want her to feel like the main character the entire trip 🥳✨
