The Mysterious Unreleased Stephen King Story (circa 1993)

I have been hearing rumors about some sort of short story that was written by Mr. King around 1992-1993ish. It was written but never released to the public. Some fans claim to have rough draft copies of this story, named "The Land Beyond Dreams". This story was written from the perspective of a young man named Billy Knight, who lives in the coal-mining town of Birmingham. Billy has nightmares about a demonic teddy bear called "Edow Robert", who chases him with a sharp knife. It is revealed early on in the story that many others have had the same nightmare and some have actually died, as if the nightmare was real life. I can't seem to find info about this anywhere but have seen it posted a lot on a facebook group I am on and have seen it mentioned on multiple times here, as well. I would love to get a copy of this story, if ever possible.

TLDR: An unreleased 1990s Stephen King short story about a demonic teddy bear named Edow Robert tormenting people in their dreams, sometimes leading to death.
