0.025 to 0.01

I have been using tret. off and on for the last decade. I have used all strengths and have tolerated each concentration fairly well. However, there was a period of time where I stopped using tret. consistently and completely.

Within the last year, I began using tret consistently again (0.025%). During my most recent derm appt, I prescribed 0.1%. Although I’ve used 0.1% in the past, it’s been quite some time (abt two years or so).

Has anyone moved from 0.025% to 0.1%, without moving to 0.05%?

I’m wondering if I should ask for 0.05% before jumping back to .1%
