Anyone else building teams around battery life and storage limits? My ZZZ sessions got way better
I play ZZZ on a 64GB phone in a small town with spotty signal. My routine is basically to keep one main game updated, keep everything else lean, and stick to short sessions that actually feel productive.
When I first started I tried long Hollow runs and chained a bunch of modes back to back. Between the heat, battery drain, and the game loading a lot of stuff, my phone would slow down and combat felt worse than it should.
What changed things for me was building teams and a daily plan around fast, consistent clears instead of flashy, drawn-out fights. I started favoring agents and setups that end encounters quickly: reliable stun windows, simple rotations, and fewer swaps. I also stopped forcing extra runs once the phone started throttling.
Now I log in, spend stamina, do one focused activity (one Hollow run or a couple combat commissions), then quit. It sounds boring, but the game runs smoother and I actually enjoy the fights more.
Anyone else playing on an older or storage-limited phone? What team types or habits keep ZZZ feeling snappy for you? Do you lean toward bursty comps, safer sustain, fewer swaps, or have any setting tweaks that help without turning the game into a blurry mess?
