Severe kindling please help

I was 3 years on and off on clonzepam 2021 to 2023..and ct last years got insomania and viral took 3 benzo in er .thn my sxs started to get wrose everytime don't know wht to I me getting worse day by day .shoud and slow taper I renstiment??????
