Surviving Surgery residency

I am a first year general surgery resident at SCB

It has been almost 1.5 months since my joining

It has been kind of okayish till now but idk why, but everyday taunts during rounds etc is making me feel like giving up. I don’t mean suicidal but it is kind of breaking me from inside

Any suggestion guys?

(btw my immediate seniors are cool; they are also advising me to not sweat the small stuff )
