Technical support representative

Hi All,

We are hiring for Technical Support Representative role

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• At least 1 year of technical support experience handling hardware and software troubleshooting in a BPO environment

• Preferably with POS terminal experience

• Working knowledge of operating systems and standard troubleshooting procedure

• With good communication skills

• Amenable to work in shifting schedule

• Willing to work onsite at Vertis North,

Quezon City.
