9.5 month old won’t nap in crib

Looking for some advice or at least some solidarity from anyone else having this issue! My baby is 9.5 months and independent naps have been the biggest struggle from the beginning. For months and months I have tried everything. Transferring, putting her in drowsy but awake, completely awake, jiggling her to sleep in crib, etc. if she falls asleep from the jiggling it transferring she is up screaming after 30 mins and it’s impossible to get her back to sleep and it throws the rest of the day off. If I put her down awake and try sleep training interval check ins which worked well for night sleep (she sleeps 12 hours straight) she screams so hard it’s alarming and bangs her head into the crib bars and I have to abandon it because it’s so extreme.

I’m taking care of her 8 am - 6 pm while my husband is at work and her refusals to nap means I don’t get a single moment to myself during the day. I’m exhausted and jealous of all the moms I know who don’t seem to have this problem and getting 2+ hours of time to themselves to clean, workout, etc.

Any ideas or has anyone experienced this?!
