Windows button not working, neither settings are opening nor the network/battery bar opening

My sister’s Lenovo laptop got updated yesterday, today she told me she’s not able to press the windows button nor the other buttons like the wifi or the battery button, it definitely has something to do with the latest update she did, any dix here that will solve the problem?
