Minimize All widows keeps appearing

Hey everyone,

I’m running CachyOS with KDE Plasma, and I keep getting this pop-up that says “Minimize All Windows Shows the Desktop by minimizing all windows.”

The strange part is that it appears randomly, even when my mouse isn’t anywhere near the panel or button, and it keeps popping up over and over, which is getting pretty annoying.

It's not related to a panel widget, a stuck hover state, or a hot corner, I tried to troubleshoot that already.

Has anyone run into this before or know what could be causing it? Any ideas on how to fix or disable it would be really appreciated.
