His session is titled "Making the Room Smarter: How Synchrony Drives Safety"

Join this session to learn how language, synchrony and trust influence employee decision quality long before an incident occurs. Drawing from the facilitator’s real-world background in emergency response, line work and human performance, attendees will learn to begin designing jobsite environments in which better decisions emerge naturally, rather than by force through authority or policy. Experience how subtle shifts in language, attention and interaction can synchronize a team, improve situational awareness and identify risk earlier. This session is intentionally adaptive, evolving in real time based on audience participation. It concludes with simple, actionable tactics that attendees can immediately test with their teams.
