I can’t contact the uber driver

I’ve lost a luggage inside an uber’s trunk and I reported to him that I had lost it. 2 hours later he answers back via an uber email sending a photo of my luggage asking if it was mine. I confirmed in the uber app that the lost item was mine and then it asked me to call him back to schedule the item return. But I can call him, every time I try to call him an uber bot answers saying that the number I called wasn’t accepting calls from strangers.

I really don’t know what to do. I think I have shared my phone number in the support to the uber driver, but I’m afraid he won’t call me back.
