S95F vs LG C5 dilemma

Hi. I am looking to buy a new tv and upgrade to 77 inch. I am currently using a 55 inch lg c8 from 8 years ago still going strong.

The S95F is on sale for 2000 euros and the C5 is only 200 euros cheaper at 1800.

I will use the tv 70% for older movies which are 1080p or 720p. Is the samsung processor really that worse when it comes to upscaling? I also care a lot about motion, i turned the motion settings all the way up on my c8, i love the “soap opera effect”. Which one would be better here?

Also a lot of movies I download have DTS. I currently put them on an external hard drive and plug it in my tv and watch. On these new tvs i plan to buy an amazon fire tv and stick it in there, will i be fine or will i lose on image quality?

I dont really use streaming and dont really know what dolby vision is to be honest

The other 30% I plan to buy a PS5 and play some fifa, ufc and gta6 when it comes out. thats it. I will also watch a game of football ocasionally
