My goal was to buy an Ultra Bee and get it register it for road-legal use, but the vast majority of sellers didn’t provide an invoice and especially didn’t offer an MCO. I checked with the most well-known sellers, but none of them were willing or able to provide those documents.

However, I managed to find Changzhou Victory Technology, who provided me with an invoice, an MCO, and also a certificate of origin.

As for the price, I paid $3,785 USD for the 2024 model. That’s a pretty good price, even though I hesitated with the 2025 model, which was around $5,000 USD. Even if the 2025 comes with 18/21 wheels and more power, I preferred saving the money.

For shipping, there were some delays. I ordered it on January 2nd and received it on March 24th. From what I understood, getting the CoC slowed things down, along with winter storms. So shipping time will probably depend on where you live. I’m located in Quebec, Canada.

As for customer service my agent was Cathy, overall I’d say it was great. At the beginning, it was a bit confusing because she told me the 2024 model was available, then the next day said it wasn’t—but in the end it got sorted out and I got the model I wanted. She responded fairly quickly and was willing to provide all the documents I needed, which was perfect for my situation.

**Ratings:**

* 4.5/5 for price (not 5 because there was no room for negotiation, but the price was already very good)
* 4.5/5 for communication (a bit confusing at first, but after that it was perfect)
* 2.75/5 for shipping (but several external factors affected that)

So, would I recommend this seller? Yes, definitely especially if you want the paperwork to make your Ultra Bee road legal.
