Is this freight forwarder legit?

They are a verified seller and have been selling for 5yrs.

They look legit and I’ve checked loads of things with them. The agent I’m talking to is named Grace Jian and she is very friendly and good at replying as long as it isn’t a Sunday. I don’t believe that it’s a scam but I thought I’d ask reddit before continuing. she said that for things under 5kg or (L x W x H) / 6000 for volume weight. As long as they are both under 5kg it’s fine. I have read some of the one star reviews but I believe that trade assurance should help me if they try to scam me? Is there anything I should specifically clarify before sending them my goods?

I am only going to be sending around 100 aud worth of small goods and it should be well under the 5kg limit. for 14 usd they said they can ship it via sea to my door with ddp shipping.

is this legit? I am concerned theyll steal my stuff. Is there any alternatives at around the same price point if these people aren’t legit? Thanks so much. Also I don’t care about time at all as long as the stuff arrives. Thanks
