Got tired of watching the job market turn into a weird little casino where people are told to “just keep applying” while layoffs, ghost jobs, AI panic, and wage nonsense keep flying around.

So I started designing a new Vincent system inside VADE HQ:

Vincent’s Billiard Room.

The whole idea is simple.

Most job tools act like the only move is to hit one ball straight ahead: polish resume, spam applications, pray.

That is stupid.

The Billiard Room is built around angles.

Vincent looks at your current role, skills, income pressure, industry risk, nearby pivots, and market movement like a pool table. Then he helps line up:

your best direct shot

your bank shot if the straight path is blocked

your safety shot so one bad month does not wreck your life

your next 3 moves instead of just the next application

So instead of another resume babysitter or a glorified job board, the system is meant to do stuff like:

catch when your field is getting quietly uglier before you feel it in a layoff email

show adjacent roles you can pivot into without blowing up your whole life

map skill upgrades by payoff and speed, not random internet hype

build backup income and fallback paths before you are desperate

help you stop making career moves from panic and start making them from position

Basically:

not “here are some jobs.”

More like: “here is the table, here are your angles, and here is how we keep you in the game.”

That feels way more Vincent to me.

Still early, but this might become one of the most important rooms in the whole house.

Because a lot of people do not need more motivation right now.

They need a better shot.

What part of the current market feels most broken to you right now?

built for this brutal market?
