Vagina Boils

I (23F) have been getting boils on my vagina for as long as I can remember. I’ve been to the drs and they’re just useless. I’ve started getting laser and I thought that helped for a bit but I’ve just got my second one and the other one only went away maybe two weeks ago? The first one was the biggest one I’ve had and it was incredibly painful and took weeks to go. I have one more than I don’t have one.

I avoid tight pants, wear cotton underwear, use antibacterial soap, only shave every 6 weeks when I get laser. When I have one I use a hot water bottle every night and it slowly drains or just goes down. Admittedly I do sometimes try to pop it because there is just so much pressure.

Please let me know if you’ve found anything that helps or has stopped them from happening. I’m at my wits end.
