The "damaged" doctor

Every time I see a doctor on a show who is overtly mean all because of their own internal issues it makes me angry. Especially when it's their entire personality and/ or they take it out on the patient.

I just want the boss to sit them down like "knock it off. You spent a decade of your life to get here. Stop acting like its everyone else's fault you are the worst."

Specifically Ingrid on Watson. In that context she has a highly coveted fellowship with one of the best doctors in the world and she is miserable and condescending all day.
