Dehumidifier no longer pumping out collected water

Thought I'd see if I could get some help or advice here. I have a Hisense DH7021KP1G dehumidifier that is just shy of 2 years old. I run it 24/7 in my basement, where there is a sump drain. When I purchased the Hisense unit, I hooked up the drainage tube and ran it to the sump drain. It worked great until a couple of months ago. Now it stops and I have to manually remove the bucket and dump the collected water at least daily.

My first thought is just that the pump is dead. I've read up on some other dehumidifiers and it would seem that they should be able to drain via gravity, even without the pump. I've tried turning the pump function off and back on, and have tried readjusting the drain line and running it without the pump to see if it will drain, to no avail.

Just looking for advice. Do you think the pump is just dead on this unit? I don't suppose it's in warranty. Purchased 4/28/24.
