Should I use mixed subliminals or focus on one topic?

Question

Hey everyone,

I’m currently restructuring my playlist and wanted to open up a discussion about the effectiveness of different playlist architectures. I'm weighing two distinct approaches and would love to hear your experiences and theories on how the subconscious processes them.

Approach 1: Topic Saturation (The Laser Focus Method)

This involves stacking 10+ subliminals entirely dedicated to the exact same topic (for example, just facial harmony). The theory here is that heavy repetition and layering of similar affirmations force the subconscious to prioritize this single goal, potentially leading to faster results in one specific area.

Approach 2: Multi-Topic (The Broad Focus Method)

This involves having 10+ subliminals, but each targeting a completely different topic (e.g., one for wealth, one for facial harmony, one for fitness, etc.). The theory is that the subconscious is limitless and can easily process multiple unrelated desires simultaneously without slowing down.

I'm curious about the community's consensus on this. Have you noticed your mind responds better to hyper-fixating on one subject at a time, or do you get equal/better results letting your subconscious work on a diverse set of goals concurrently?

Looking forward to hearing your insights!
