Is Twitter Just Bots For Division Or Are These Real People?

i rarely go on twitter but every time i even go on there for a few minutes i see all far right and far left takes but no actual valid normal takes. just straight up people saying shit like all black people are animals. and disgusting racist shit like that from far right and then far left is just communist, transgender weirdos who support grown men going into womens bathrooms. and honestly i dont believe most of these people are real bc it seems to be very obvious propaganda for division. like its proof that the other side are racists and support government abuse of power. or its proof that the other side are in full support of communism, any women no matter how wrong they are and any black person no matter how wrong they are. im tired and not really able to remember shit that well or articulate myself the best but i wanted to see what yall think. is it a psyop for division? or as a country or atleast the online people are we this divided and are there this many extremists?
