Anyone have experience with (Used - As New) on Amazon?

Really sweet deal for the XG27AQDMG on amazon, for £419, which is about the same price as the MSI MAG 273QP X24 in the UK, and I am wondering, has anyone bought Used - As New? Were you satisfied with your purchase? Anything I should be cautious of?
